Alpha

If one compares a fund with a comparable index (market) alpha represents the theoretically guaranteed yield of the fund, if the yield of the market is zero. Alpha stands for the underperformance or outperformance of the fund versus the market.

Asset Allocation

A fund's asset structure. Creation of an investment matrix taking risk spreading into account. Possible earnings are shown with their associated risks so that only necessary risks are taken.
