VöIG Training
Training for funds and portfolio managers (Certified Portfolio Manager). The objective of the VÖIG training held by the banking academy in association with the ÖPWZ is common high-level career training for fund managers. It sets the standard that is obligatory for this professional group in Austria. Candidates must undergo an exam to get their diploma.
Volatility
Volatility describes the level of fluctuation that a security is subject to. This is stated as a percentage. The higher the number the more subject to fluctuations and therefore the greater the risks and opportunities (for funds comparable with IREA).
