Storage of registration information
Certain areas of the web sites (such as “Meine Fonds” or “My Portfolio”) are only available to registered users. By completing and submitting an online registration form, the user confirms that the information that he or she has provided is complete and correct. By submitting such a form, the user also declares his or her consent with the automated processing of his or her registration information and with the forwarding of this information within the Raiffeisen Capital Management organisation and to other credit institutions within Raiffeisen Bank Group, and that this information may be processed, forwarded and used by these entities in accordance with these provisions.

SMS/e-mail information service
Depending on the technical functionality and capacity of the mobile or telecommunications network operated by the user’s communication provider and if permitted by these network operators, Raiffeisen Capital Management will send authorised users price information about funds which they have selected from time to time. The selection of information sent by SMS or e-mail, the intervals in which such information is sent and any expansion, reduction or termination of the provision of this information shall be decided at the sole discretion of Raiffeisen Capital Management. The user shall have no entitlement whatsoever to the provision of information via SMS or e-mail. Raiffeisen Capital Management assumes no liability whatsoever for the correctness, timeliness or completeness of the provided information.
The authorised user provides his or her explicit consent to the regular transmission of this information to the mobile telephone number or e-mail address provided during registration. This consent can be revoked at any time.

Individuals residing in certain countries or certain categories of investors may not be eligible to purchase products and services presented on Raiffeisen Capital Management’s web sites. In particular, the mutual funds presented on these web sites are not registered in the USA under the pertinent legal regulations.
