Reporting
Our reporting team is responsible for the proper, timely preparation of institutional client reports, statutory reports and internal reporting. This interesting line of work is mainly open to people who are just getting started in professional life and are interested in securities. The work requires precision and good ability to work with numbers.
Customer service and sales
In Austria, our retail funds are sold via the regional Raiffeisen banks. We serve our partner banks by actively providing information on our products, carrying out marketing activities and sales campaigns, and by holding training seminars for the employees of the Raiffeisen banks. Applicants who are interested in this line of work should already have expertise in securities and good customer and service orientation.
Foreign sales
Our products are in demand the world round. Together with the offices in Germany, Italy and France, our sales subsidiary, Raiffeisen International Fund Advisory, coordinates foreign sales and works closely with the banking network of Raiffeisen International Group (RI) in Eastern Europe. Our Client Relationship Managers and Client Coordination Managers are responsible for dealing with our foreign clients and network partners. Along with excellent knowledge of securities and funds, this line of work requires strong customer and service orientation and strong foreign language skills.
Specialists for international tenders (Requests for Proposal)
Many institutional investors select their asset managers on the basis of comprehensive surveys. Our RFP specialists are always up-to-date on the latest happenings, gathering the necessary information on products and investment processes, to prepare these for parties who are interested. This exciting, multi-faceted line of work is also suitable for new job market entrants who have studied economics or related fields. One main prerequisite is an educational focus on securities, excellent command of English and good ability to write. Other requirements include critical-analytical thinking, and structured work habits.
